Am I covered if I simply lose or mislay my gadget?

No. Cover is for theft, accidental damage and breakdown only.The laptop product does not cover breakdown.

 

Is there an age restriction on the items I can insure?


Yes each item must be less than 18 months old at the start date of the policy.

 

How do I claim?

Is there an excess fee?
