Treating Customers Fairly: Insure and Smile takes the issue of Treating our Clients Fairly, extremely seriously. It is our policy to ensure that our Clients perceive that their fair treatment is an integral part of the Insure and Smile culture.
It is part of our ethos that the Insurance product that we sell, together with the manner in which we sell it, meets the fair and proper needs of each of our Clients and that our Clients receive appropriate and suitable advice accordingly. Similarly, Insurance Claims received will be treated in a fair and even handed manner, fair to both the Company and the Client.
Key elements of our business process including our Culture and Values, our Business Strategy, Product Design, Marketing and Advertising, Sales, After Sales Service and Complaints Handling are regularly measured from the standpoint of actual and/or perceived fairness to our Clients and adjustments made where necessary. We believe our Clients are our greatest asset and it is vital that we treat them in a manner that they perceive as fair.
